With the successful conclusion of the course, the graduates
receive a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate Management
academic degree.
The Real Estate Management further education course has been developed on
a modular basis and formally corresponds to the requirements of the European
Education Minister's 1999 Bologna declaration for the European Higher Education
Area.

- Zentrale Evaluation- und Akkreditierungsagentur Hannover)
accredited the Real Estate Management further education course Master
of Science (M. Sc.) degree status; the accreditation is valid to 30.

with the Master of Science (M. Sc.) degree status. Thus is open graduates
