Academic degree and recognition

Master's degree

With the successful conclusion of the course, the graduates receive a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate Management academic degree.
The Real Estate Management further education course has been developed on a modular basis and formally corresponds to the requirements of the European Education Minister's 1999 Bologna declaration for the European Higher Education Area.

Accreditation

The Hanover Central Evaluation and Accreditation Agency (ZEvA - Zentrale Evaluation- und Akkreditierungsagentur Hannover) accredited the Real Estate Management further education course Master of Science (M. Sc.) degree status; the accreditation is valid to 30. September 2016. Download (pdf file; 31 kB / 1 page / only available in German)
 
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accredited the Real Estate Management further education course in 2008 with the Master of Science (M. Sc.) degree status. Thus is open graduates the entrance to RICS over the APC-Route "Planning and Development" externer Link.

The certifying by the German Society for Project Management (GPM - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement) is under application.
