Projects
In each of the three semesters with course units, the students will be set a project development task integrated with their practice project.
Due to didactic reasons, the first semester’s will consist of an ex-post analysis of an already realized project; the second semester will be a task in the realm of Real Estate Development of a real case; and the third semester will be the risk analysis and evaluation of a project, based on an existing feasibility study. The project work will be supported by lectures and regular feedback sessions by the lecturers.

- The former Rotaprint areal in Wedding, Berlin (4th class) based on a feasibility study (Master’s thesis) from the 2nd class, working together with the Liegenschaftsfonds Berlin
- Housing area development at Urselweg in Berlin-Zehlendorf (5th class) working together with Vivico Real Estate GmbH
