The course develops the widespread knowledge necessary for management-level positions in area- and project development and real estate management. Graduates are equipped to work in the following fields and managerial functions:
- area- and project development („developer“),

- architectural and planning offices (HOAI service rendering phases I to IX),
- freelance advisers and in consulting firms in the real estate management, portfolio management and asset management sectors,
- consulting and in real estate management larger firms (corporate real estate management),
- public administration in the branches of urban development, town planning, local economy, facility management, business development etc.,
- banks and other financial institutions, investment advisers, investment companies etc.,
- real estate marketing (realtor/estate agent etc.),
- legal profession in the role of legal adviser,
- research in the areas of urban- and regional development as well as the real estate industry.
