Three REM Master’s theses with a theoretical approach have been taken up and developed as research projects at the TU Berlin in partnership with companies (among others, Hochtief, ECE, various banks), Fraunhofer Institutes and other universities (Bauhaus University, Weimar; Bergisch University, Wuppertal). The projects cover real-estate rating, public private partnerships and benchmarking in the field of real estate.
Furthermore, organizations from the real estate economy have stated their interest in the formulation of research goals for the Master’s thesis.
The students have the whole of the forth semester to work on their Master’s thesis.
